This highly potent stone was mined in Minas Gerais, Brazil. It has been blessed by Ma Nature with a gentle Smokey colour and shimmering golden Rutile needles within the cranium! It also possesses a few tiny surface interruptions such as minor fissures and the remnants of vugs... all natural occurences within the Quartz. Please see my photos below for several views of this awesome skull. It is a popular size, measuring 2 inches long and weighing in at precisely .21 lb. The style and quality of carving is excellent with great emphasis put on achieving a realistic, well-defined shape and features. The jaw and cheekbones have been hollowed-out, adding much to the overall realism. The high-gloss polish perfectly compliments the dramatic beauty of the stone!
