The house was previously owned by a local well known doctor. The house was built in 1907 and was used by the doctor for his practice. For over 30 years it was also used as a sanatoriam. We knew from the moment we walked through the door of the house that there was something erie about the place but after looking at it 5 times we proceeded with the sale. The sale shouldn't have gone through but everything fell into place like magic. We knew the house wanted us there. Through many months of hard work we turned the entire place into a beautiful Bed & Breakfast. During the course of the renovations we felt we were constantly watched. After we hosted some guests, who also felt what we felt and heard footsteps as well as the drafts and the many unusal noises we decided to have a medium come in to help. After much coaching we finally held a ritual and watched in awe as one of the spirits was coached to enter this beautiful bottle. We believe the spirit would like to come back out as it has made marks from the inside of the bottle. We feel it would be much better off in someone else's hands. If you are considering bidding we strongly reccommend the bottle remain sealed. We will also send to the highest bidder a photo of the original house as well as the history of the house were the spirit lived for many, many years. Since we are trying to run a successful B&B we feel that the spirit is better served as well as our guests by the spirit being relocated. We feel the spirit may be happier in a different location, but do not reccommend that it be released from the bottle as we do not think it is happy being in the bottle from the markings from the inside as seen on the outside.
