This magnificent Djinn comes from Syria. It was one of Sheikh Majals powerful Djinn. The Sheikh had many Djinn, he had an entire wing within his palace that was dedicated as a shrine to his Djinn and the vessels in which they dwelled. He had many Djinn which stood watch, guarding the tombs within the palace grounds. His palace was like a fortress protected by his mighty Djinn. The Sheikh was a wealthy and prosperous man he lived a lavish life, a massive palace, lush gardens, and jewels, gold, more money than he could ever need. He had elaborate parties with food, drink and merriment. Only the most trusted friends of the Sheikh were allowed to witness the majestic Djinn temple because many thieves coveted his most mighty Djinn. The Sheikh was a businessman, dealing in tobacco, silk and livestock (camels and donkeys), he always sought the guidance of his trusted Djinn in all of his business matters. His Djinn, many of which he had inherited were the basis of his success and ultimate riches. Many of the Djinn which the Sheikh had, came from the Syrian mountains which dotted the landscape. The most loyal Djinn were passed onto him by his father’s before him, they had been in the family for centuries and he too passed them down. As time passed the Djinn were scattered in different regions, all but a few remained in the family. The pendant features an oval setting with Arabic inscriptions, I cannot positively identify the red stone but it appears to be carnelian or coral, it is set in sterling silver and has smaller red stones and designs around the large center stone. The pendant is somewhat heavy, it measures about 2 inches across. The pendant did not come with a chain but I am including a black cord with a clasp closure for you to wear your pendant on. Any, or all of the three Djinn would make an awesome addition to your magickal collection, they blend well with other Djinn as well as any other spirits you may have.
