They dont look used at all. The Parrott Tarot is a hand-drawn and -coloured deck, with a wealth of correspondences in the border of each card. Interestingly detailed scenes are depicted in this self-published deck, to which four extra court cards have been added. Symbolically-intense deck; what the illustrations lack in artistic appeal is made up for by their esoteric depth. Many of the pip cards are modelled after the minor arcana designs of Crowley and Harris. One interesting and unique feature of this deck is the inclusion of the associated musical tone for each major arcana card. In addition to the standard four court cards, a fifth card, “Mentor,” is added, making a total of 82 cards in all.
