Black Obsidian Carved Crystal Skull   The Symbol of The Higher Mind, The Stone of Transition!   Here is a VERY LARGE and IMPRESSIVE Black Obsidian skull, perfectly carved in Raven's Premium Style!  This classic variety of Obsidian was mined in Northern Mexico.  This fantastic skull possesses a discreet, natural 'birthmark' in the form of a tiny vug on the lower side of the cranium.  This impressive skull is ADULT LIFESIZED, measuring 7-3/4 inches long and weighing in at precisely 8.24 lbs.  It has been METICULOUSLY hand-carved and shows MIND-BLOWING ACCURACY and REALISM in shape and details including Raven's trademark hollowed-out jaw and cheekbones.  The nasal passages have been drilled right through from the nose area to the bottom of the skull.  Even the underside of this incredible masterpiece has been painstakingly  hollowed out and detailed to accurately resemble the real thing!  The mirror-like glossy polish puts the perfect finishing touch on this awesome being.   Metaphysically, the Symbol of the Skull represents The Higher Mind.  To attain the higher mind of spiritual awareness and psychic ability we must be released from the thrall of the lower cognitive mind.  The Skull also symbolizes Change, which is truly the great healer of all situations, conditions, and troubles.  Without Change in our lives, we do not spiritually grow.   In many cultures around the world, the Skull is seen as the House of the Soul and revered because of it's tremendous importance to us as human beings.
