It's primarily rose quartz beads, with smaller tiger's eye, malachite, adventurine, hematite, amythest, garnet, and turquoise beads in between. It has a lobster claw clasp and it tightly strung on 300lb. fishing line (when in doubt, overkill). On the smaller beads there's silver filigree endcaps. I wore this when I was looking for love.
